Hello blog-reading visitors,
I have been upgrade this blog from version 1.5 into version 1.5.2 due to the minor bug fix according to the WordPress. Thanks to them.
And I have added six new plug-ins for this weblogs. And hope it will make my life easier with those plug-ins. Let me tell you what those plug-ins are and what’s the purpose of using that for.
1.) Weather Icon - See the sidebar on anywhere. Look for the “Forecast Advance”. It’s pretty neat but very much better than my regular forecast but the regular forecast will be remove someday. Dunno when for sure.
2.) Browsniff - Found on the comment page. It will tell what kind of Internet browser and operation system (such as Windows, Mac or Unix) you using.
3.) Live Comment Preview - Found on the comment page. The comment preview below the comment will automatically show up once you type on the comment box.
4.) Smiley Buttons - Found on the comment page. The smiley buttons now displays below the comment box that you can use for posting your comment.
5.) Spell Checker - Found on any post. It will check any misspelling words if you click on the spell check button. Pretty useful, huh?
6.) IP Nation - Found on comment page. It tell the visitors and myself where the post came from.
Thanks for whoever invented those plug-ins for anyone to use.
Last Wednesday, I had a job evaluation with my supervisor and manager of New Business Department. And they handed me a paper that tell how good I performed at the work such as dress code, how excellent I am doing at the work, communicated with co-workers, and among few others related to my job. And guess what? The paper said that I am doing excellent on every paper. That means 2nd rank out of five. Outstanding is highest but very few people got them. So, my raise was base on the evaulation and gave me a 75 cent gain. And it increased my wage from $7.50 to $8.25. Not bad, is it? And I will get another job evaluation and a possible raise again in nine months from now. Oh yea, I almost forgot to tell you a thing or two. I have been dubbed with a title “Jr. SOA Clerk” now. How exciting…guess so. And last thing, my supervisor and manager told me if I want to work for Informational Tech (IT), then I have to waiting and be patience until there are an available position in IT Dept somewhen. I need that job badly because of my Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. And can’t afford to waste it for nothing, right?
Once again, I have already been here in Minnesota for visiting the people here. Today is my last day of being here and will depart back to Dallas/Fort Worth airport this evening. Oh yea…I had a lots of fun time with people here especially to Renaissance Festival. I am pretty exhaust and really want to going back to home where I feel comfort badly. At least I got a second chance to being here. I have some pictures from the festival and it’s not very much because of raining reason. And the gallery will be update after I arrive home first. Be patience with me.
